Is it possible to eat without starving to lose weight?

In our teens it always easy to lose weight, you could eat everything and anything, OK we would put the weight on, but with very little effort we could lose it, the weight I mean! Anyway, we got to our fifties but on weight, we could spend the whole day in the gym, well I have spent time in the gym, an average man would have done a day work, but the weight would still be there unless we change our eating habits, a problem we didn’t have to worry about in our teens and 20s.
